UK Delivery - Delivery for up to 20kg and multiple items is £3.33 to UK mainland & Northern Ireland and under 2kg to UK islands. Over 2kg to UK islands is chargeable. Please contact us before ordering at: sales@focol.co.uk

VAT - The prices displayed on our website include Vat at the current rate of 20% where applicable. Certain products ie. safety items are zero rated for vat. A Vat invoice is enclosed in with all goods, except those which are sent direct from the manufacturer, in which case we will email your Vat invoice to you.

Carriers - For normal sized parcels / cartons, we use Royal Mail Tracked 48 and for larger parcels we use either Parcelforce or DX, all with GPS tracking. Please note: GPS tracking is accurate to within one metre and an image of the delivery point may be taken. Some deliveries will need to be signed-for.

Extra Large items - We use hauliers for extra large items, usually DX. Some of our extra large items will be delivered direct from the manufacturer and will need to be signed-for.
