How can we offer such competitive prices?  

Due to the unique way we operate compared to our competitors, we are able to keep our overheads and operating costs to a minimum, so passing the saving on to you the customer. We can sustain our competitive pricing for all products including our specialist lines, because we also interlink our internet-based ordering / distribution service and don't advertise, produce a separate paper-based catalogue or operate a telephone ordering service, however you can request a phone call from us.

Which courier will deliver my order? 

Retail customers - This depends on parcel size / weight. Most small parcels will be despatched via Royal Mail using their latest GPS tracking and will need to be signed-for. For larger parcels we use Parcelforce, CollectPlus and occasionaly specialist couriers, all of which will require a signature.

Construction Supplies, Industrial, etc - Specialist pallet carriers are used for this category. (Please request a quotation at sales@focol.co.uk)).

Administration & Distribution: Both are based at Unit M1, Bluebox Business Centre, Station Road, Coleshill, Birmingham B46 1HT, in the Heart of England.

Service: At 'Focol' we are committed to providing our customers with the service we would ourselves expect.
All orders placed will normally be despatched within 1 to 2 working days, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.

Payment security: For your security, we are verified by: Paypal, Amazon, Santander, iZettle and Payatrader. For online payments, we do not see your bank / credit card details.

GDPR - The details you provide us with are for use by 'FOCOL' only and only the details required to deliver your goods will be used. NO other company or outside organisation will see them.
